Kitchen

The Bidwell Centre's kitchen measures 7.7m x 5.3m and is fully equipped with stainless steel fittings, electric ovens, dishwasher, fridges, freezers, microwave oven and sufficient crockery and cutlery for one hundred people. In early 2006 the original cookers were replaced with two new commercial-specification range cookers (both twin oven and six hob), thanks to the generosity of the Thetford & District Round Table and Norfolk Guiding.

The kitchen facilities are regularly inspected and certificated by the local Environmental Health Office.
